Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:

  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery

Warrant

Warranty covers hardware problems that were not caused by the buyer.

 

Refunds

Your item will be first inspected immediately.

  • Returns due to buyer’s remorse will be subject to 30% restocking fee.
  • Returns due to buyer’s remorse will be subject to 30% restocking fee.
  • Returns for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking Fee.
  • Buy back value will be calculated at a certain percentage.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You can only trade in your current laptop that you purchased from us.
